Terms and Conditions

1. Booking Process

 

All visits must be booked in advance through our online booking system, by phone, via email or through our social media platforms.

A confirmation email will be sent to you once your booking is successfully processed. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us directly.

 

2. Service Area

 

We currently offer pet waste removal services within Northamptonshire & Warwickshire. If you are located outside this area, please contact us to discuss special arrangements.

3. Payment & Pricing

 

Payment is required at the time of booking for pay-as-you-go bookings. We accept Credit and Debit Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

 

Pricing is based on the number of dogs, the size of your garden and frequency of service. For specific rates, please refer to our pricing page or contact us for a personalised quote.

Subscription Payment Terms:

​

  • Monthly Subscription: Pay on a monthly recurring basis. Payment will be automatically charged to your selected payment method on the same date each month. You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle to avoid further charges.

  • Upfront Subscription: Pay the full amount for your subscription upfront for 3, 6 or 12 months, with a one-time charge. This option may offer a discount compared to the monthly recurring option.

Billing Cycle: Your billing cycle will begin on the day of your first payment, and subsequent payments will be processed based on your selected plan (monthly or upfront). Payments are non-refundable, but cancellations are accepted.

4. Subscription Early Cancellation

​

If you choose to cancel your subscription before the end of the commitment period, a cancellation fee of £20 will apply. Any remaining balance for unused services will be refunded on a pro-rated basis. To cancel, we require 30 days' notice before your next scheduled visit.

We strive to ensure all of our customers are happy with our service, so please reach out if you have any concerns, and we’ll be happy to discuss alternatives before deciding to cancel.

 

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

 

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.

If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the booking will apply.

 

6. Access to Property

 

To ensure minimal disruption to you, we ask that the garden gate be left unlocked and any pets kept inside at the time of your booking. If you have requested a lawn rinse, please ensure a hose is available for use. Our team will ensure all gates are closed at all times.

 

7. Weather Conditions or Extreme Natural Events

 

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel services due to severe weather conditions (e.g., heavy rain, snow, etc.), or natural disaster events. In such cases, we will notify you in advance and reschedule your booking.

 

8. Frequency of Service

 

Regular weekly or twice weekly visits are recommended for maintaining a clean and safe environment. Custom schedules can be arranged if you need more or less frequent visits.

 

9. Responsibility for Pet Waste

 

While we take great care to remove pet waste, we are not responsible for injuries caused by pets while we are on your property, unless they are directly caused by our negligence.

10. Site Conditions


If the grass is too long or the garden is excessively messy with rubbish or other debris, we reserve the right to cancel the job upon arrival. We will notify you as soon as possible and discuss the next steps to reschedule or adjust the service accordingly. We are responsible for removing pet waste only and are not responsible for grass cutting or any other landscaping services. 

 

11. Extra Services

 

If additional services are requested during your appointment, such as deodorizing, extra cleaning, or specific areas of focus, please notify us in advance. Additional charges may apply.

 

12. Feedback & Customer Satisfaction

 

Your satisfaction is our priority! If for any reason you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can address any concerns and make it right.
